🌱It’s wonderful diluted with a carrier oil for the bottoms of your feet for a relaxing foot massage.
🌱Need a soothing bath? 10 drops of PanAway essential oil to a cup of Epsom salt.
🌱One of my personal favorites is putting 20 drops in a 10ml glass roller and topping with carrier oil for back support… my lower back is always in knots and it helps so much.
